1 on 1 Personal Training - In person & virtual options

Natasha trains in-person 1 on 1 sessions in Alameda County and Contra Costa County, CA (San Lorenzo, Castro Valley, Dublin, San Ramon, and Danville). She also offers virtual 1 on 1 training online, no matter where you’re located.

Personal training sessions are 50 minutes in duration and they are customized for you using NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) progression strategies. Natasha programs based on your individual goals, exercise level, and any special considerations.

In addition to receiving 1 on 1 personal training, you will also have access to Natasha’s customized app where you will get additional customized exercise routines, stretching and recovery protocols to do on your own, as well as in-app messaging to connect with Natasha and stay accountable.

Natasha will check in with you weekly, as well as conduct monthly assessments to make sure you are on track and successful.

Self-guided Programming - Train at a time and place that's most convenient for you

Can’t quite commit to 1 on 1 personal training due to schedule conflict, location, or other unique circumstances? Don’t worry… Natasha occasionally offers limited slots for self-guided programming, so you can train on your own, using effective structure and guidance, at a time and place that’s most convenient for you. This programming option is ideal for clients who wish to achieve new results, prevent loss of results, or continue to get further results beyond what you have already accomplished.

The best part about this service option is Natasha will customize and tailor your program to suit your needs. It’s 100% personalized based on your own individual goals, fitness level, and access to exercise equipment. No gym? No problem! Natasha can create amazing exercise programs that require minimal exercise equipment, so you don’t have to break the bank paying for a gym membership or expensive equipment.

Workout programs will be provided in 6-week segments per program, and can be accessed from your cellular device or computer, anytime, anywhere using Natasha’s personalized training app.

Choose from programming options that allow you to train completely on your own, or you can select the option to add one coached 1 on 1 personal training session with Natasha. You can schedule your training session at any point during your 6-week program. 1 on 1 sessions are offered virtually via Zoom, or in person in San Ramon, California.

Nutrition Coaching is Included when you train 1 on 1 with Natasha!

Fitness and nutrition go hand in hand, and you can’t have one without the other. When you work with Natasha, as a bonus, she will provide you with helpful and reliable nutrition resources, guidance, and coaching on how you can create your own strategies to fuel your body, so you can feel your best, recover better, and continue to perform to your best ability.

Natasha will work diligently to educate you on optimal nutrition based on your own goals, provide you with helpful and reliable tools to set you up for success, and show you how to develop an effective, intuitive eating strategy that will allow you to establish a lasting lifestyle with healthy habits.

When you learn how to fuel your body with optimal nutrition, focused on feeling and performing your best, you can create the ideal environment for achieving your goals. It all starts with the way you take care of yourself from the inside out.

As a client of Natasha, you’ll receive a complimentary 35-minute Nutrition Strategy Call with select training package options.

During your call, you and Natasha will discuss:

o   Goal setting (how to set realistic and achievable nutrition goals).

o   Tips and advice for structuring your own unique nutrition outline (Note: Natasha is a certified nutrition coach, however, she cannot legally write a meal plan for you, but she can provide guidance, resources, and recommend appropriate portions and amounts so you can successfully structure your meals and overall nutrition).

o   Set or adjust specific calorie and macronutrient (carbs/protein/fat) ranges that are consistent with your goals and current status.

o   Discuss additional modifications, substitutions and changes you can make to support your nutrition goals and success.

o   Answer any nutrition questions or concerns you may have.
