I first started training with Natasha in July 2020 with 10 sessions, she is all about goal setting, proper form, and safety. I decided to continue training with her towards the end since I truly enjoyed her training and added 10 more to help keep my momentum going.

Natasha has helped bring back the fitness spark I once had. She is great at communicating and listening to your needs. She will hold you accountable and will send you messages throughout the week to make sure you’re on your A game. I’m grateful for the first experience I had with her, especially it being my first time with a trainer. She also takes our health & safety very serious. Her equipment and room is always clean! Choosing Natasha as a personal trainer for me was quite an easy choice. She made a lasting impression on me years ago at Crunch Fitness and since then we have kept in touch over the years.

While I was at Crunch Fitness she inspired me to remind myself that I am in charge of my own health, fitness and life in general. She encouraged me to make healthy choices in exercise and nutrition that overflowed to me choosing to make healthier choices in my personal life as well. Something she did for me that I didn’t expect was help me during a tough time during my grandma’s passing. She was there for me not only as a personal trainer but as a friend when I needed one then most.
